Dragons Win their first A Division Game

After the disappointment of last weeks performance it was important to start well to get back on track and the Dragons did exactly that.
Pressure without the ball and quality in possession meant that we had the upper hand from the start.

Midway through the first half Jake got away down the left and struck a beauty over the keeper from 20 yards to put us 1-0 up.

Olly D doubled the lead after great play from Hazza and Thomas had created the opportunity.

HT 2-0

the Dragons had their usual wobble after the break and allowed the Progress back into the match, however this time we recovered our composure to get Olly D away again to restore the lead and Jack completed the victory in the last few minutes.

A great response from the week before and proof that the Dragons can get results in this division.

Alfie S & Brandon in holding central midfield put in great performances as did Ashden at the back. Jake and Olly are always a threat and this week Jack, Harry and Thomas provided great support from wide. Ollie C was almost faultless this week, excellent concentration, saves and distribution - the full package.
