The Dragons started with intent and quickly pressed the AFC players, once in possession the Dragons passed the ball with purpose. Alfie Smith Breaking down the right flank before shooting into the net from a tight angle.
Soon after good work between Jake and Harry tee'd up Olly D to score from close range.

HT 3-1

Ashden was imperious in defence as usual restricting AFC to few half opportunities. Thomas and Brandon providing a great shield in front of Ashden. Harry & Jack working hard in the midfield.

In the 2nd half Jake was given more time and space to run with the ball and the result was a hatrick plus 2 or 3 more chances where the keeper saved well. Olly D adding his 2nd from close range again after good work down the left and Alfie Smith firing in again from range.

A brilliant result from the Dragons first league game.
