The day started well, everyone buoyant and in good spirits warm up done, focus seemed on point. Then the game kicked off and the boys looked half asleep. Everything we asked for in the changing rooms was missing and this report is not long enough to cover all areas we needed to improve on. It was no great shock that Slindfold took the lead on the 28th minute. Subs were made instantly after the gaffer had given the sponsorship board a good kicking!

There wasn't a dramatic improvement in the following 15 mins but one piece of play from back to front keeping the ball passing quickly finally put Reece through and the out come was never in doubt 1-1 at HT and a positive to take into the changing rooms.

After being reminded of expectations, tactical tweaks and nothing is given in football the boys went about correcting their errors and playing in a way that is expected and enjoyable, taking a few ol'es as path of the course.
With a quick fire 4 min hat trick from Younis with 3 delightful goals from the whistle the game was taken away from Slindfold. A much deserved MOM. With the pressure off the boys really started to enjoy themselves! lots of keep ball ,little triangles, patience, Jamie stringing it together, Scotty rolling back the years, should of used his left peg though. Haroon with 4 assists and a disallowed goal, which was an incorrect decision. Reece and Ben banged in another 1 each. Ben proving to be a very important player at the moment, long may that continue and Reece maturing every game doesn't look 17 when faced with a finish very composed. Alfie lead well as captain again and got a lot of love!! but centre backs play as a pair and Kieran did his part very well to let the skipper shine.
As Mr Bond will tell you TD are yet to concede with him on the pitch.
