Last Gasp Winner for the Dragons

Early injuries disrupted TD and soon we found ourselves 0-2 however the introduction of the returning Eddy gave our attack some much needed pace and the game turned back towards us.

A ball into the box was handled by the Plaistow defender and the referee awarded the pen. The dependable Nick H made no mistake to get us back into the game.

HT 0-1

A third injury meant that TD were down to 11 +2,

In the second half TD pushed and eventually got back into the game on level par when AJ rose to turn in an Abid corner.

However there was another twist as Plaistow again got their noses in front, when TD played for an offside which never came and the striker made no mistake!

The goal of the game came on 76 when Teague played the ball out to the right wing, Abid picked up the ball and drove through the Plaistow back line playing a 1-2 with Eddy before finishing cooly.

3-3 was not going too be enough for TD and we pushed and pushed, Bubbsy and Butler both having half chances but not hitting the target,

With 1 minute left on the clock Bubbsy again drove through their defence and got a low drive away which the keeper could only parry into Andy's path, Andy made no mistake and smashed home.
