TD League Unbeaten Record Ended at Watersfield

From the whistle TD started brightly and controlled proceedings, Andy H struck a sweet shot but too close to the keeper to trouble him, Shane just couldn't get onto the end of another cross. The TD goal was largely untroubled with Danny not having too much to do.

Second half the Watersfield pressure began to grow and twice Longy was called into action making 2 worldy saves to deny Watersfield.

After a melee TD lost a little shape and concentration and Watersfield exploited this, getting in down the left flank before finding a striker who may have controlled the ball with his hands before lashing home. The ref and Lino missed this and the goal stood.

TD huffed and puffed and had 3 or 4 corners but couldn't get on terms.

Macca hit a sweet shot from fully 25 yards which beat the keeper but couldn't creep under the bar, clattering back off the bar onto the keepers head but not crossing the line! A signal that it may not be the Dragons day.

As TD pushed Watersfield got more space going forward and made the game safe with around 10 to go after finishing a counter attack with the 2nd killer goal.

Not our best performance, specially in the 2nd half and uncharacteristically losing concentration.
