Dragons fall to first defeat in 10

A steady start to the game saw the game balanced, TD and Rudgwick both good in possession and looking dangerous in the final 3rd.

TD had the ball in the net first but the linesmans flag didn't allow the goal to be registered, it looked a tight call at best!!!

Rudgwick took control of the game in a 5 minute spell where TD did not help themselves, firstly failing to clear a ball from a corner allowing the Rudgwick poacher to poke home after indecision and then failing to deal with a long throw down the line, which then Rudgwick turned into a great goal with some slick 1 touch on the edge of the TD box.

HT: 0-2

In the 2nd half, TD rallied as they had done the previous week, and as the game wore on threw some caution to the wind, going 3 at the back and 3 up top, but Rudgwick defended well and kept TD at bay.

Only as the game was drawing to its conclusion did TD get on the scoresheet when a defender handled on the line and TD were given a pen, Adam made no mistake but there was not enough time for TD to add a 2nd.
