The Dragons knew that a good performance and crucially 3 points was a must away against the Trojans, and played with determination and purpose throughout.
A good move straight from the start by the Trojans brought a good save from Jack G on his debut, which gave him and the team confidence going forward.
We didn't have to wait for long before we took the lead, a free kick from the left flank was headed in after a good run from Adam and the Dragons were off and running.
Awesome 1 touch football from Adam, Ollie, Toby and Ayman ended with us finding the extra man in the box: Kane - who made no mistake in finding the corner of the net for 2.
Ollie was pole-axed in the box just before half time, leaving the referee no option but to award TD a pen, which Adam duly dispatched - 'twice' after having to re-take.
Within a minute TD had scored again, a poor clearance from the Trojans GK ended up at Adams feet on the half way line, with the keeper miles out of his box Adam clipped the ball back over him and into the empty net, an early contender for Goal of the Season surely!
HT: 4-0
The 2nd half was a dull affair in comparison,
Ollie scored after a mazy run and finish to kill the game as a contest but Barnham did score late on to end any hopes of a clean sheet, but TD were comfortable and saw the game out.
FT: 5-1
MOM: Adam Campbell-Stone (Header/Pen/Half Way line clip - Hatty)
